I don’t think you need an intake fan. I have an 8’ x 8’ room and use a 6” exhaust fan and a 7” passive intake. The passive intake needs to be slightly larger than the exhaust. Go with the 20 bottle, it’s worth the price for the extra room. The 12 bottle will be pretty small once you add in the dehumidifier.

Are you remotely soaking up the water in the drip tray too? Or is someone there to do it for you. Good luck I would be nervous to go away but I guess it can be done.
