Induced Currents - Possible widespread voltage control problems and some protective systems may mistakenly trip out key assets from the power grid. Induced pipeline currents intensify. Spacecraft - Systems may experience surface charging; increased drag on low earth orbit satellites, and tracking and orientation problems may occur. Navigation - Satellite navigation (GPS) degraded or inoperable for hours. Radio - HF (high frequency) radio propagation sporadic or blacked out. Aurora - Aurora may be seen as low as Alabama and northern California.
Looks like the light show is going to happen again tomorrow also.

And I have the same overcast sky again. Every time something cool happens it's cloudy :sad:

Was cloudy here last night in northern Alberta too. Can't really tell if it's clear today as it's hard to see through all the wildfire smoke we started getting last night. :(

Just like last year we will be stuck in the house a lot tho we are heading out right now to help a friend move a bunch of junk out of the yard to a community cheap garbage collection service this weekend. We cancelled yesterday as it was too hot at almost 80F and sunny. Today it's cooler at around 70 but smoggy as hell.

Can't win for losing.
