Plants dying need help

Some plants are drooping turning yellow and dying! Originally the humidifier was turned off for a day or two and that was thought to be the problem. Since then some plants have looked better some worse. There about three weeks old clf lights no nutes yet ph is good roots are good. The one has almost shriveled up but does not seem dead.

I was going to say nute burn but since you haven't put any it could be lack of, what are you're temps? Also is this a dwc style grow?

They are starving.once the small first set of leaves withers they have no more stored food. And adjusting pH of plain water is a waste, pH affects nutes uptake only.

i never new that adjusting ph of plain water is pointless, is this the same for say seedlings when you have them in rock wool and propagator you shouldnt adjust ph? i was always told you should.

O and open they should be on nutes by now at least 1/4 strength

Temp of both water and room are around 70. Normally this is nute time but their condition is scary. Think nutes will fix it? That shriveled one is still growing new leaves

as said before they need food ie nutes, just put them on 1/4 strength if you are really worried then see what happens with the ppm and water levels and adjust accordingly

You're in hydro and you're not feeding any nutes? just water? I'd say your plants are hungry, feed them.

You need to add nutess as well as adjust ph. And yes 1/4 strength.

The cotyledon is a stored food source that is part of the seed. The ph of water does not prevent the plant from using this stored food because it is part of the plant already. PH affects which elements can be absorbed by the ROOTS.

Yeah, I've had a few arguments with closed minded people about it also. They just can't get past the pH,root, nute relationship.

Yes, superstoner1 is correct. Get your ppm up to 250 and have Ph at 5.8! They're starving for sure.

Only if he is feeding it nutes. PH affects nute uptake, not water uptake.

Well he better be feeding it lol looks a bit hungry lol. I ph my water when i plant my seedlings because i dont change water in res for a couple of weeks the first time and add very weak nute mix. By first change they typically have a starting root mass. I only veg for 20 days but this run i plan on trying my hand at scrog so i assume it'll be a longer veg.
