A variation is to spray seltzer water on the plants twice a day. This is not recommended by some authorities, and receives great raves by people who seem to feel it has enhanced their crop. It stands to reason this would work for only a small unvented closet, but may be right for some situations. It could get expensive with a lot of plants to spray. Use seltzer, not club soda, since it contains less sodium that could clog the plants stomata. Wash your plants with straight water after 2 or 3 seltzer sprays. It is a lot of work, and you can not automate it, but maybe that is good! Remember, being with the plants is a beautiful experience, and brings you closer to your spiritual self and the earth. Seltzer is available at most grocery stores. Club soda will work if seltzer water is not available; but it has twice as much sodium in it. A very diluted solution of Miracle Grow can be sprayed on the plant at the same time. One factor of using selzter water is it raises humidity levels. Make sure your venting humidity during the dark cycle, or you could risk fungus and increased internode length.

I use a sodium free seltzer I got from wally world which allows me to not worry about the sodium build up.....

Some growers have reported to High Times that high CO2 levels in the grow room near harvest time lower potency. It may be a good idea to turn off CO2 2 weeks before harvesting.

ouch, that last thing about the co2 in the last 2 weeks of flowering is something to think about, i loves me some potency lol. i might have to wait it out and use some co2 on a future grow. thanks for the good info hhm!

Thats where I got my co2 system.... I did the simplest thing I could find! sodium free seltzer water I mist with 1-2 times a day with all air off and let sit with no air for 30 min... Dont know if it is helping but my bud looks better every day!

I've read that works really well...

i saw some folks are foliar spraying buds ... this is a bad idea. foliar feeding is fine until about 4 weeks into flowering and then spraying buds greatly increases the likelihood of mold.

Great buds man those are some real sexy girls. I feel like every one is growing this cheese bud and saying how great it is but i have been lactose and tolerent my whole life and have a natural phobia 2 cheese would feel kinda strange growing some cheese weed? does it really smell like cheese?

thanks for the kind words homie. as far as a cheese smell, i dont really get a cheese smell, all 3 plants have a diff smell, one smells just like fruity loops, one smells like of a really strong lemony skunk smell, and the last one smells like a pungent non lemony skunk smell. i think you would be aight man, it def. shouldnt affect your lactose and tolerant problems.
