your asking for time is like asking how long it takes to get a woman off. each one is different. that is why most are telling you the same thing. get a loop or good magnifying glass. tri's milky, some turning amber and almost no more clear or shiney ones left. (you always seem to have some new tricomes so you will have some clear. you can always look up the plant and see what seed sellers recommend. remember to add a week to budding time from when you went 12/12. the tricomes milky test is best. never pick when they are all clear and shiney, they are NOT ready. Treespiker is right about too much amber, I usually recommend to pick when most are milky and only some are turning amber and only some are still clear. good luck, do not forget to keep buds out of light for 7 days while you dry / cure.
