I've never heard of anyone transplanting from soil to hydro.

I do it quite often. Yes, there is a little shock. I do it because I'm not setup for dirt. Often it leaves a brown stain where the dirt was. Dirt brings in bugs.

Agreed, need pics in white light, but as is, I don't see a problem. Give them time...
Roots look good. Hydroton looks a little wet. Id add more hydroton as they get taller, and watch close for stem rot. Please don't use PPM's without telling what scale, many people use this site. EC works better. With that said, I wouldn't go any higher on PPM's (Hanna). Make sure air flow is in abundance.

I had just sprayed the hydroton with a spray bottle before the pictures. Just posted some white light pictures :)

Looks like transplant shock, man. You'll be fine.

Still, make sure you meters are calibrated right, batteries charged.

They really droop and yellow to that extent? It does seem to be getting worse but im sure you know a lot more than me considering this is my first grow. Also, should I increase water level to hit the roots better?

The soil from which they came was probably hotter than the water your in now. Chlorosis on the lower leaves, is a result. You can start worrying if nicrosis development is seen on the new, upper growth, until then, stop freaking out. You're fine, man, give em a chance to recover.
