I don't even know why I am attempting to help you but here goes

Nutrients are classified in 2 ways Mobile and Immobile.

Moble nutes move freely around the plant as they are needed. If you have a nitrogen difficency, the lower leafs will release their nitrogen and move it to the upper leafs (clsoer to the light). The bottom leafs turn Yellow.

Immoble nutes never move and stay where they are.

Macronutrients are NPK
Nitrogen Potassium and phosphorous
Micro nuts are everything else

(Macro)
Nitrogen moble
Phosphorus moble
Potassium moble

(micro)
Magnesium moble
Zink moble
calicum Immoble
boron Immoble
Chlorine Immoble
Cobalt Immoble
Copper Immoble
Iron Immoble
Manganese Immoble
Molybdenum Immoble
Selenium Immoble
Silicon Immoble
Sulfer Immoble

This is what your plant needs to live and mericle grow is not the place to get them

Well I have a 400 hps now, but it dosent seem like its working as good as the flood light, incandescent and candles. It seems to have stopped growing upwards and now just the leaves are growing.
Im trying to get my plant as tall as possible for the biggest yield. Im aiming for about 2 pounds off this baby.

use Flor or CFL for a min bulb if not the don't bother waisting our time or asking us questions unless you want to get CFL lights and need help

Depends on your goals. If you sell it then hps will give you yeild. If you want higher quality the mh is better (uvb). Or you can use both and get the best of both worlds

I don't think that is a widely accepted opinion (that MH gives better quality). UVB does increase THC, but that's not the only difference between MH and HPS.

What I mean is that while UVB may increase THC if added to a particular spectrum, that doesn't mean that one spectrum with more UVB gives better results than another without.

For example, how about if you compared HPS to UVB alone? Obviously HPS would be better. It's just not a logical conclusion that just because it has more UVB that it is better.

For chrissake, can't anyone be wrong (or not completely right) on this forum without pitching a fit or throwing a tantrum?
