There's a member on here that was told they wouldn't receive a replacement for a sf1000 that broke after 3 weeks unless they remove their negative review on Amazon.

I almost bought 2 sf2000s from you but with customer service like that i would never give you a cent.

But one thing, please believe, since we have sold led lights on the market for many years. We definitely offer perfect warranty policy. Always try best to offer good customer service.

A warranty doesn't mean anything if you don't honor it.

Asking somebody to take down a negative review before they can receive a replacement for a light that broke after 3 weeks is not honoring a warranty.

I know a lot of people that use these type of lights and I will make sure all of them know about your after sale service.

Your warranty isn't very good even if you did honor it. After 3 months the buyer pays for repair and 1 way shipping is not a strong warranty.

I'm glad I went with another company and I will make sure my friends and local grow shops do the same. I'm sure the couple of thousand dollars you will lose won't affect your business much but I will definitely tell everyone I know to buy from a different company.

Looking nice so far. Did you get the purple pack from ILGM.com by chance?

I have a purple haze and grandaddy purp going right now from there and going to start purp kush in september to try to get some cooler temps come flower to pull some purple out hopefully.. I'll try to upload some pics of mine shortly.

My purp haze is huge and I've already topped her 3 times. Might top the 4 top colas to slow her down. Grandaddy is about 2 weeks behind size wise but is also 2 weeks younger.
