Canopy overgrowth

Hey guys.. I got a question. My plant currently is 45-50 inches tall throughout the canopy. About 12-15 inches, maybe more, from the top is just over grown. I want to cut some of it to help the bud grow a bit better without running into issues. I need some guidance, I've never grown a plant of this size! Here are several pics of the plant taken with a high resolution camera... Might need to zoom in on some.. Let me know what you think, and what I should do!

Your plants were reaching for the light, or you have a sativa or plant with tall genetics. Plant looks good to me, are the leaf tips on any lead burnt preferably top of the plant?

Nothing is burnt on my plant whatsoever! Everything is green and healthy. I tried to upload a pic of the whole plant, guess ill have to use my phone for that. I just want to know what I should be cutting and leaving without causing too much stress. The strain is Gelato 41 (I think) lol I got the seeds out of the bud I was smoking on and labeled the bag Gelato 41 as it was the strain it came off of
