Yeilds on auto flowers?

Hello everyone. What's the typical autoflower yield for experienced growers? I'm looking to yield the max amount from my plants. I haven't really been growing long but I'm getting better every grow. Here's a pic of a amnesia haze bud I just harvested not to long ago.

That plant doesnt look done.
Aside from that, every auto is different. I have seen some here that flowered wicked fast, and some monsters that required switching to 12/12 to flower.
Autos are a crapshoot in my opinion

Every strain is going to be different and results will vary with technique and growing skills but a very rough average is probably around 3-5oz depending on the strain. I've only grown half dozen autos and got 2.5oz at my worst and over 6.5oz at my best. I've seen people that claim over 10oz. (Dried)
Seen many more newbs with only a couple grams for their efforts.
Will take experimenting and a few test runs to maximize results with autos I'd think.

I hope you didn't harvest that plant when it looked like that pic, that was WAY too early.

Autos are tough to get the hang of at first, results can be all over the board. I've been growing them exclusively for about 2 years now.

On average, I get about 2-4oz per plant (auto). But i don't do any lst, topping, etc.. and i'm only using 300w of HPS. My tent holds 4 girls so each run i can get about 8-16oz. They usually finish around 75-85 days from seed. Every strain is different and every seed is different. I've had a GSC (girl scout cookie) auto seed that finished in 63 days and was swollen and DONE.... also had a GSC that went 77 days and probably could have went 80! Each SEED IS DIFFERENT!!! You will get used to strains and start to be able to guestimate how long they will go and how much you will get from each run, but you will never really know until it's done.

Don't overwater! Don't underwater! Don't overfeed! Don't underfeed! LOL... It's not that hard, find the sweet spot and you are GOOD to go.

then it wasn't a autoflower.

To answer the original question, growing with coco and 3g pots under a 56 watt autocob for each plant I average 4-6 ounces per plant. Growing in peat I struggled and only produced 1-3 ounces per plant. There is no one answer for how much each auto can produce. You just got to find what works best for you and keep finding ways to get better each grow. I've yet to grow an autoflower to it's full potential.

A lot of you are saying that the plant wasn't done. I'm not sure what that means I usually harvest when 20% of the trichomes are amber and rest milky. The yield of that plant was very good at 10 ounces. U goal is to get them more frosty.

They were about 67 days old when I cut them down due to a lot of the trichomes being amber. Here's a pic almost 3 weeks before harvest.
Absolutely wrong time to harvest ... i run autos exclusively- NEVER run them on breeder estimates, most autos will run 90 days + of life. There is no need to cut 67 day old plants - it takes 30 ( + or - ) days from germ for autos to sex out and preflower - then the flowering starts after stretch... 9 - 10 weeks bring the better yield and maturity.

You can check my signature at the bottom of my post, it has a link to my fastbuds journal. The other link to my dinafem grow was done in soil and I've never been as successful with my gpw with it. Most of my grow journals are on AFN, auto's get a little more love their.

10 ounces dry is a really impressive auto harvest per plant. Looking at the first pic you posted there is a lot of white pistols still and the brown ones haven't receded yet. Typically that would suggest that plant isn't ready yet and will fatten up a lot more.

Autos have changed a lot since I started growing 15 years ago. Autos were mostly developed for speed of finish and small in size so they were easy to hide....when they caught on, breeders began mixing in photo traits which changed auto genetics. Yeilds increased along with size.
I still prefer the smaller autos which are getting hard to find...
Growing in small 2-3 ltr pots and only for healthy variety, I get approx 2 oz per plant. Yeild doesn't impress, quality does.

Lots of bad info here. Many autos can be done and done right in 65-70 days. MG sour crack is one. Also to the OP,,,MG Ripleys OG has produced over 8oz twice and over 10oz once for me,,,all done under 85 days from seed.Biggest was 310g of 'a' bud and 200+ grams of 'b' 'c' bud for squishing. If you are consistently taking over 90 days then you're doing something wrong.

I thought harvest time depended on the tricomes. Doesn't thc degrade if you wait till there's too many amber ones?

what i said about 90 days is their average life . Not you “ have to run them til then. Those short run autos like 60 day wonder , low ryders , dwarfs and others can run “ under “ 90 but there are those autos that can run longer. Autos take as long as they need - regardless of estimates. Sativa dom autos for example.

You also stated it was the wrong time to harvest after the OP stated that trichs were showing lots of amber. If you are going by the hair follicle colors than you are the one that is wrong. Like I said ,, a lot of bad info. 90 day "average" life would mean a lot go longer,,again,,bad info. I have grown auto's for 4 years now,,,many breeders,,,many strains,,,had 1 CDLC from MG go 105 ,,,other than that 1 freak,,,NONE have taken 90 days,,,none. If your environment ,lights and feed are all good you will have better success. I can veg a photo for 35 days and flower for 70 if I want to grow over 90 days,,,and yes I have done it,,,many many times.
