Anybody have any input on the Phantom Pheno 440?

Searching forums comes up with 2 threads from a year ago, but kinda dead end...‍

Recently got one, switched it from a 400 MH, veg cabinet, and now she's been droopy for a week. Is this normal? Or should I be looking at other areas? I assumed it was the light change....

Thanks in advance

you switched a 400 mh with a 440w led? they’re getting more than 2 times the umols they were getting before maybe thats why they’re drooping.

dimension of your veg area?

2x4x 7
Also the light is only running at 60% power. Options are off, 100%, 80%,60%, and 40%....and approximately 2 feet from canopy

dont know man if you were to push your luck a tiny bit you could flower a 4x4 with 440w of leds. so i’d dim it to 40% if thats the lowest you can go. got any photos?

Have you reset your veg environment from hid friendly to led friendly? Usually you need a little more heat to get led plants to transpire. No transpiration, no drinking, slouchy plant stance

Room is still around 78 degrees Fahrenheit lights on,70 lights off, 50% RH
With HID, it would go into mid 80's since spring has came.

The light is designed for a 4x4, I was actualy looking for someone that had experience with this particular light.... not over all suggestions for how to adapt or change my area. I understand changing fans and Temps, don't knownwhy were discussing a 4x4 tent when previously stated a 2x4 tent was being used.....do you have or have you ever owned or operated this exact light? I've been growing for 20 yrs, I'm just not experienced with LED....

According to my photone app., and the height the light is hanging, and powered to, the umols are fairly close to the same. I did this to introduce this light casually and not cause shock.

sure have fun with whatever man but when you’re using a light designed for a 4x4 (which only applies to a non commercial grow and the distribution from that fixture with those dimensions would be abysmal on a 4x4, just saying) in a 2x4 area and hanging it at 2 feet to match the umols of your old mh ones gotta ask why did you even changed the light? to save electricity? then run it at 40% and lower it if you still wanna match the umols.

no i havent used that light. leds are leds there is not much special about any of them, its just full spectrum light. some are more efficient some are less. i’ve seen the spectrum of that light, its classic led spectrum. nothing unique about it. anyway have fun.
