Is it time to water my seedlings?

Seedlings popped up on May 21.

Watered till run-off on May 22
(weighed cups at 200-220g)

Today May 27th (weight 150-160g)

Soil (ocean forest)

Time to water? Or wait?

Any other tips based on pictures?

ok i moistened the top with 4 or 5 mist setting spritzes each... i should wait a full 7-8 days for a re-water?

Don’t overthink it so much, just lift em up every day or two and spritz if needed.

My personal technique is kinda expensive and time consuming. You'll need some equipment. First see if its starting to be lighter than it was when you watered it by picking it up. Use your finger, touch the top. If it feels like it's getting dry or has crusted water it. If it has really crusted break up the top inch

Try to focus on getting something that is smokable for your first grow. Hit it out of the park in the future grows.

Lol. You prob won't. Especially by overthinking everything. If you don't know when to water a plant then the next things are gona have you spinning in circles. Dont worry about being perfect or a 'natural'. Just worry about getting to the end with the plant still alive and green as possible. If you can do that you won. Then next time take everything you learned and apply it. You aren't just gona lace up your first pair of skates and go play in the NHL....

FFOF you need to use caution watering ime it's boggy. I would water them until just a tiny bit of water comes out of the drain holes then let it almost dry out but not completely and repeat. Eventually you'll literally get a feel for it.
