How much decarbed cannabis can get into a cup of oil?

Curious how much cannabis you can infuse into one cup of oil before it becomes waste of time. Been making gummies but they always seem they could be a bit stronger. is there a point of diminishing returns with cannaoil? I have a levo unit if that helps at all.

I don't think it would great for efficiency, but you could use the same oil on two batches of weed. I do basically the same with ethanol making feco. But apples n oranges I guess. Other than that, use concentrates.

I do this too. I'm guessing that there's plenty of ability to carry THC in both oil and alcohol.

I have a levo and I put two pods in at same time. That's 14gr. I do that 2times to equal 1oz weed to 16oz.oil. I run temp at 140 and for 3 hours. I then fill 00 capsules.
I've done the math and at 15% thc
It comes to 9.5% thcmg. That is 2 500mg capsules.
At 12% 1 Oz to 16ounces oil is 7.5% thcmg per 1 gr oil
It definitely gets stronger the more times I run .

What's this 'hack'? The limitation on these units is the 2 pods you can fit in...would be good to know what people are doing to get around that.

These fit the Levo perfectly. Put one in the work bowl and place the magnetic stirrer on top. Now you don't need the pod and you get larger capacity and greater exposure between the oil and your material. Decarb in a mason jar in the oven. It should have been the original design, works great.

Excellent, and I needed new mesh filters for my French Press anyway. I'll give this a go. I may still decarb in machine (using the pods) then move on to this. I also use my Levo for making infused honey (hot honey, lavender honey, etc.), so this may prove to be useful for that too. I always have been a bit concerned that the perforated pods don't really allow much flow-through.

Good tip, I gotta give this a try. I've been filling 2 pods (half oz) and running it twice through the levo. Still not quite strong enough tho..
