they are really tasty for sure. especially boiling in all those cajun spices. i've been to a few boils when i lived in SC. there were a few farms that raised them there and they's sell you a huge red mesh bag of live onesI've had them once. And I ate way to many lol oh man they where awesome!
Don't inhale the steam from them when they are boiling, the spices will burn your nose. Learned that when we were cooking blue crab I caught.
