That's why I got the guns first. cn
It must be wonderful to be a bear.

another thing. I am talking about gun reform not prohibition. I don't believe the government should take away everyone's gun or limit the majority of people who want to own a gun from owning one. More than a few commenting have jumped to those conclusions... even after I had expressed it earlier as 'reform.'
I get to poop pretty much wherever I want. Sometimes i could really use a handy rabbit however. cn
i spit iced tea all over my keyboard you asshole!
my grandpappy told me that one when i was 10 years old.
Maybe you can't get this through your head. I have been arrested and held in a holding cell for smoking weed a few years back. It is a misdemeanor on my record. I obtained a license and now own a gun after that ordeal. You are only ineligible if you are a convicted felon.
Are you this stupid in real life or just choose to be on the internet?
as a lawful user of medical cannabis, and being not in any way addicted to any depressant i can lawfully and happily answer NO to that question.
as i have never use "Marijuana" in my life it would be impossible for me to be addicted to that dangerous and highly habit forming narcotic substance.
if ever forced to justify my answers on that form that will be my answer, as botanically scientifically and linguistically "marijuana" is a figment of the fertile imagination of [Harry J. Anslinger].
local po po took my guns for a cannabis related charge citing federal laws. I have a good lawyer who has as of yet to get them back. I wouldn't tell anyone if I was you. State laws vary and sometimes local leo does not enforce federal laws especially if you meet state requirements. I'm glad you were able to retain your right to bear arms.
The "lawful" part is a little squirmy, what with my State card that the Feds spurn. Please note corrected name ... know thine enemy. cn
incorrect as usual. only those convicted of a felony (any crime punishable by 1 year in prison or more) are prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm, and even then 7 years after the end of your sentence you can get your civil rights back.
those who have never been convicted are in no way prohibited from owning firearms.
even cultivation enthusiasts (like most of us) are not felons until we are convicted of such crimes, which in my state would require federal charges over a state authorized garden patch of less than 20 square feet. i would enjoy the legal embranglements that follow, and the severe testing of the controlled substances act, as well as the 1968 crime bill and the "commerce" clause since i have no intention of selling even a single gram of this precious herb.
I never said I wanted to try to obstruct your right to own weaponry... so... you fuck off.
I certainly would like to obstruct the rights of these people who have done these horrible things. How can we weed them out?
I refer you to question 11 part e
BTW lying on a 4473 is a federal offense
Unfortunately we can't weed them out. -no one ever says, "hey mom, dad, friends, tomorrow I'm going to wig the Fuck out and shoot and kill 13 people in a movie theater just cause I'm having a shitty time in my life, so, ya, know, just an FYI."
-no, no one ever says this, or gives any warning signs-they just snap. All these people have a sickness in their heads-to go around murdering innocent people indiscriminately.....It's sick...AND IF SOMEONE IN THAT MOSQUE, THEATRE, OR WHEREVER , HAD A CONCEALED WEAPON PERMIT, AND A GUN, -LEGALLY-A LOT LESS PEOPLE WOULD LOSE THEIR LIVES!!!
i am not an unlawful user of any drug, nor am i addicted to any drug, particularly the fictitious "marijuana" so i did not lie om the form. any attempt to color my answers on said form as lies or falsehoods will be met with a dizzying array of reasons why my answers were 100% factual.
