ooooh, sour d, i wouldnt want to give up on that either, one of my favs. i got a little humidifier from walmart for like $16, holds .21 gallons & runs for 10 hours. i stuck it next to the intake (im using rubbermaid tubs and fluorescents) and it bumped my humidity up 10%, im at 75-78 degrees and 50% humidity. you can get a decent humidifier at walmart for like $20-$30. i looked it up and the least expensive air cooler i saw online was like $80. if moneys an issue get a fan and a humidifier. i didnt see if you said you have any ventilation. even if you get a fan for your closet it'll be blowing stale air around. get some ventilation so you can get some fresher air for your plants.

This is my first attempt at growing. I use nothing but CFLs to veg and flower. I haven't read all the pages so far, but has anyone asked what spectrum light you are using? I use around 200w of 6500k, and 105w of 2700k for flower and the oposite for veg. Also I just use MG soil with MG perlite and MG nutes and this is my results at 6 weeks into flower. Keep in mind she's only 24 inches tall...lol...but I'm hoping for an O at least when she's done in 3 weeks...

Holy fucking shit! that's better then what my friend is growing and they use t5's for veg and 1000 watt hps with great ventilation and with all the proper grow equip! very nice sir i just took out my cfls and put in my 600w HPS the temp says is 84 degrees and the humidity is 30% is that good or do i need to make some changes?
 
Well I'm only growing 1 strain and thats sour diesel i lsted it but i took out the twisty ties becuase some guy told me i did it wrong so i just said screw it , I have a great feeling that im gonna yield a half ounce to an ounce this time i just have that feeling! my light is hitting the bottom of the plant really well i gave it nutrients and adjusted the ph around 5.8-6.5 and its looking great I LOVE YOU GUYS! lol been such great help and even kno that yield is low to people im satisfied with it i will progress through my grows

As long as 84 is the hottest you get you will be fine. Anything higher than that you will want to start looking for ways to shave a few degrees. 78 is called ideal but I have seen some strains that like a few degrees higher.

the range you want for your plants is 60-80 degrees F, 40-60% humidity. keep it in that range and as you grow you'll find what works best for you.

thats fucking awesome. i've had a couple good grows, im currently working on another, and every time i open the box to tend to my plants i get excited cuz you know they grew. you said you grow clones, have you thought bought ordering some seeds?
 
I did indeed! i didn't kno how legit they are tho cuz i heard some sites arent legit but if u give me some sites i'll deff check them out! I tried growing weed from seeds out of some buds i bought from a dealer but they always turn out male :/ but its diffrent from online seeds im guessing
 
Oh also i forgot to mention yea im gonna have a hard time trying to control the heat in my closet im gonna have to buy more fans and a humidifier and i will post some more pics ups on my plant soon! now i know all you growers out there plant looks better then mine but im happy that it looks better then my last plant so i feel satisfied and thats all that matters right? :D
 
Awww man i just looked at my temp meter and its 90 degrees!!! 25% humidty now shit i definetly need to invest in some fans and a humidifier
 
Also i hate when i forget to mention things lmfaoo is my humidity to low? cuz people are sayin have it at 40% isnt that kinda to humid?
