I got the same stuff on my leaves, but I attribute it to letting my soil get bone dry. I knew I was running late on watering and it was quite hot. Are you in soil also?
Is the medium completely saturated or just a small portion of soil? Do you have good air flow? Fresh air? They do look a little sad and underpowered...
In my experience, my plants tend to want a watering every few days. I like to give them a bit under a liter of water per gallon of soil. Ladies have been loving it. Just my 2 cents. Happy growing!
Thanks for reply. Yeah, the soil I use is quite active and has lots of ingredients. I'm kind of curious to try it on a few plants in the future. No Ph down at all vs plants that had their water ph'ed to correct range.
If you guys had PH of water of 8 and above, would you still bother to ph water when growing in soil? I'm too scared NOT to ph down my water hah. Maybe I should do a test plant that doesn't get the ph down.... hmmm...

I tried the dome once. Soil couldn't evaporate and was staying wet all the time. Instantly had problems. Never tried that again! All these guys are spot on.
