3 x 55W 2700k bulbs (had four but dropped one....)and 1 19W 4100K CFL
just realized...
so the sun puts out about 93 lumens per watt according to wikipedia
that would mean that on the average a CFL is about half the strength of the sun, given we were always about an inch from the bulb.
so half strength is like partly shady conditions of growing then?
quick grasp on the cfl things...
general rule somebody said was 10000 lumen per square foot
here is what I heard on color
the sun has more red's(2700k) in it more towards summer/fall.
in spring/summer there is more blue's(6500K)

wait you mean put the plant in the middle of a circular tube flouro then right?
if that's the case you gotta be careful of burning the leaves when they touch the bulb so would be more work than it is worth
