Harvest ruined?

Hey guys I’m thinking it was because the ph level had risen . 5.9 when I started and had rose to 6.8 or so. What you guys think?

It’s a 4 plant 3 gal reservoir . Today is day 18 . When I started out I didn’t have a ph meter but this didn’t happen until few days ago. That plant was the biggest for the first 10-12 days now it’s 2nd biggest. I use the advance nutrient line. Mars hydro lights. Temps avg 80 humidity 40-45
