Now in Maine, legal caregiver, wooooohhhhooooo!

Hey I live in FL near to S West. I've had 5 organic grows.I've bug problems every time. I was able remove twice DR.DOOM.White flies are bad now for indoors, I'm going toswitch top soil about 2"of sand this time. I've azo it 2 days.Tips? I use soil and organic. Is FL mainly a hydro state mainly, Soil might be harder here.I've used bubble buckets b4 good except water at 68%.Should I stick to Hydro?HELP!
