I go by PPM. Get a PPM meter and PH meter. I run em about 850 PPM then the next day I top off the reservoir and give them about 550 PPM.

I'm using a lot less fertilizer than I did with hydroponics. I was tossing out 50+ gallons a week with it. Im probably throwing out 15 gallons a week between two rooms now.

If I was doing that in buckets that size outside I would bury them in the ground. That will keep them cool.

I wouldn't worry about it. If they aren't eating your garden then theres nothing to worry about.

Like the others say, looks like a magnesium deficiency. Get some cal-mag or equivelant and give it to them once a week at 80 PPM, or every time you top off at 20 PPM. That should cure it.

Killing the bugs is not the problem. Killing their eggs is the problem. Get some Forbid 4f on ebay, spray them once in vegetative stage and mites gone forever. The shit is super expensive, $400 per pint, but you can buy small amounts of it cheaply on ebay for $20...

I had the exact same problem. I started getting nute lockout after about three weeks. Went downhill from there.

Ditch the fish fertilizer. I have never tested runoff PH myself.

You can feed them just once a day and they will do just fine. I always allow a bit of runoff. Helps you avoid future problems.
