I did “soak them down” but they didn’t drain much and they aren’t dry.

So I’ve flipped my lights to 12-12 and changed my veg room to flower 24-0. I’m wondering if I’m using grow bags do I give the plants more water as I don’t notice any drainage.

I also bought grow bags and have a veg and flowering room with 3 1200W LEDS in each room. fans and filters. These are my first plants so I put them in buckets but I prefer grow bags personally. what should I do, I’ve topped the plant a couple times.
