    ScrOG tips

I wouldn’t cut off the undergrowth just yet. some would, but I prefer to first see where the tops are headed and then go for a nice defoliation in week 2-3 of 12/12. You can probably cut the undergrowth in a few more days or when you see sustained stretching. You can also continuously...

    Too much light?

Personally, I wouldn’t jump to conclusions about light too quickly. Cannabis loves light very much, and yes there are diminishing returns from increased light levels. However, from my experience It’s important to take a holistic approach. There’s a very symbiotic relationship between plant...

    Light stress or Mg deficiency?

Oh heck yeah. i installed an air intake vent in the wall that my grow tent is sitting behind. That fixed almost everything. Running the lights on at night and they are thriving. I’m in week 5 of flower now. photos attached

    Mould on fabric pots

So I’ve got what looks like a bit of mould growing on the outside of one of my 3 gallon fabric pots. I’m in a very small tent (80x80x180cm). I have plenty of ventilation in, out and around the inside and my temps and RH are good. Under control and monitored. My question is really: how can I...

    Please Help !

Your plants look fantastic. i don’t see any “burn” on the new growth. Only curling and warping. check your pH in and out and see if you’re on target for your medium/nutes combo. sometimes there’s a bit of a disconnect between media and nutrient manufacturers’ recommended pH levels and you...

    Where to from here

Now I looked again and I think you’re ok to trim. Buds have a long way to go. I would still do a comparison experiment though. PS what’s that string? Have you actually got any trellis working or netting in there? They look like they could have enjoyed a bit of tying down but you’re right; you...

    Where to from here

I can see why you’re concerned. No light penetration and your buds are very much underway. I don’t know if it’s too late to defoliate or trim/ bend/train etc BUT what you do have going for you is a very good side-by-side experiment opportunity - I would split it into one side trimmed all the...

Maintaining pH in reservoir with organic nutrients and drain-to-waste in coco

Cheers thank you. I just flipped to 12/12 today. This is not my first grow but it’s been a few years since last time and I’ve forgotten a bunch. If I’m moving from organic grow nutrients (Biobizz Bio-grow which is actually just molasses...) To the synthetic nutrients...

Maintaining pH in reservoir with organic nutrients and drain-to-waste in coco

Well....I don’t want to start a whole thread about nutrient preferences.... but here goes He recommended the Bio Diesel line (yes I know it’s organic) and said if I cut out the H2O2 and replace the cannazym with their enzyme (Aloevate) then I should be able to go away for a week and not worry...

Maintaining pH in reservoir with organic nutrients and drain-to-waste in coco

Thanks Larry. i went to a local shop today and had a long chat, ended up walking out with what he recommended and some additives for flowering. i just need to get some phosphoric acid and should be ok.
