Hey brother,

That lamp is similar to an HID, although the lumen out put is much lower. It's only 22,000 lumens, but if that is the only lamp that you can find, it will do. Just use your other lights with it, and make sure to watch your heat in the grow room. Good luck, neved!

What would you like to know about heat stress? Are your plants suffering from heat stress? I need to know what are your temps, what kind of lights you are using and how far away they are from the canopy. Some pics would be nice too.
