Depending on the style you are growing depends on if RO is necessary. But with PPM of 160 I would run it if it was under 70 I'm not sure I would. Keep in mind when using RO you will need to run a cal mag.

This does sound simple. What about starting PPM's are you using r/o i read somewhere that running r/o water and coco can cause all sorts of cal mag issues. Ok I guess i always used hydroton before in both dwc and flood drain. I was thinking coco would be more of drip system.
