I harvested over the last couple days - under cover, but just too damp & I pulled a bit of rot. Not that far off from 'perfect' and just little hope of a dry out. Two week hang in process! Cheers to yours.

All things aside, let's face it - pot is cheap these days - I still geek to the plant itself. That High Times slathering fanboy is still present. Such a beautiful plant. This time of year is way satisfying... (and somewhat stressful)

Here comes the 'Atmospheric River'... a week of overcast/rain will be the test. Still have yet to figure out just how much outdoor UV the girls need toward the end, but determined to let them go farther this year, as I've been too skittish in the past.

Nice Plants! My usual two have been unusually easy thanks to this PDX weather. No pest damage or PM so far. Getting color with the colder nights. Fizzy Drank is stacking nicely. Life Hack is behind with much more stretch, and I screwed up by not mending a broken limb early on, so the main...

No regrets on the early pull. Two plants, no loss to rot, didn't have to stress at the end. Always see a couple caterpillar web drops when hung for 2 weeks, but nothing in trim... even broke protocol and had a fresh taste. Now to burping jars for a month or so for the smoke and will otherwise...

Still hung for dry as major brach w/ rough wet trim - usually two weeks, but with the heat of week one, may need to bag them to slow the process before trim next weekend. Then the mason jars for burping until December. First smoke then... ritual

I'd need to go full hoop and close the ends with air help to do much better - and to complicate it, my goal is always to use less in general - I start with composted soil, do dose with a tea throughout (either local or Roots Organics Buddha Grow & Bloom), but only use peppermint oil (or Plant...

Have done in the past, but likely would not have been free to get to these until the weekend after next, so I was dreading a decline (with evidence already of some rot). I know I'm early, and may not be the 'right' call, and that's why I shared - because there are bound to be others starting to...

I did too. I have a pretty effective cover, and generally would have waited, but my grow nook gets pretty swampy even with the higher than average temps here in Portland. Good, intense sun helped this last couple weeks, but I have been working on quicker finish strains because all the...

Didn't think I'd harvest today, but caught some bud rot at feed this AM and had a few hours to spend... Lost very little, so maybe coulda waited a bit more, but generally happy with the outcome - will always wonder how much more weight would have been, but plenty of flower for us, and they...

though I doubt it's the og cause for the limb death, the ladybugs would actually make sense because there were ALOT of thrips - I'm close enough I may let it go (as long as it dies slow). Interesting that they hit hard the 'Cereal Milk' strain (which to me is of greater trad 'sativa' traits)...

The ladies are happy in the sun! Looks like an unlikely week of boost to fatten those nugs here in PDX! Much deserved after the last few seasons... Question - What do you do with a dead/dying branch this close/yet still a ways out? Only real issue this season was a thrip infest on my sativa...

Kinda figures, as moon glow, etc. would seem to be more intense. Thanks for that, and the offer of plastic - but I stocked some already unused from years past. Cheers

Girls are looking good, very little pest, etc. High PDX heat with some moist nights have me thinking forward and to a potential late(r) harvest that has caused issues in the past... which has me considering a tarp/light dep, which got me thinking that if I don't go that route - how much light...
