Yes the Hans panel(dutch) is the best low wattage led fixture on the market IMO ....also plantphotonics(UK) panels have a better build quality and slightly better top-bin leds, BUT the price difference is huge.
Your SOG #'s are too high!!!! MAX under one Hans panel would be 4 girls in one gallon containers.....That Soma style tub growing(hans style) is a pain in the ass and I would avoid it, you will get better yields with individual containers,,,trust me I've tried it all
