Has anyone here had any experience with their service department, or getting an issue resolved? I don't seem to be
having much luck with them getting back to me on a light failure issue.

Chinese New Year starts next week but they often shut shop a week or two earlier. Expect very little response form China for at least a week.

Mars Hydro does not stand behind their warranty.
Hi friend,sorry for the misunderstanding,the warranty is guarrantee for the light which are using under normal condition not for the items which under invalid warranty time, out of warranty,the fee are different. . till now you did not tell us when and which platform you bought the item,only tell us you use these lights for several years...and want to buy driver....i try to email you to confirm these information but no response from you.what we can do is try to offer what we can do according to the informarion you offered.we do cherish every customer,and believe the well communication can solve everything.be kindly double check the message ,and hope we could help you to solve the issue soon.

A moment ago

I was hoping the warranty would be honored but if not I was asking if a driver could be purchased, you are correct. I believe the TS1000 was bought on ebay because the seller had the lowest price. As I said it was purchased 2 years ago. The other 5 mars hydro lights are working fine. I believe it should be under warranty because the light has only about 400 hours of use
