In any war sacrifices have to be made for the "cause", wait until the FBI visits the fuhrer bunker at Mar logo. More likely they will extradite him to Georgia or NY first though and the feds follow up. I figure Donald will make elected republicans dance on the courthouse steps for him during the trials. Georgia has empaneled a grand jury and subpoenas are forth coming that will gather evidence for the feds too. I wonder if DeSantis will interfere with his extradition from Florida on state charges? Will it be "hang DeSantis!" if he gets extradited?

Changes have just been made at the top of the DOJ and I would expect this to be reflected in the news soon. Merrick Garland is yet to be confirmed and the shit will fly when that happens, I'm sure some DOJ officials are eager to place a few files on his desk for immediate attention.

The Pentagon's Failure To Protect Congress Is Coming Into Chilling Focus

As the Senate hears testimony about the deadly insurrection on January 6th, the question of why the Joint Chiefs of Staff waited more than 3 hours before sending help looms large over the proceedings.

Reagan is not a good compare v Trump. Ronnie Raygun wasn't an authoritarian. He was conservative as all hell and he did much damage to this country but he lead by consensus. The only two authoritarian leaders we've had since at least the Civil War were Nixon and Trump.

How did you feel about Nixon?

How old are you? I was acting as the tip of the spear for Aunt Ronnie, and he got under my skin. Getting the Marines blown up and what not.

Associate Of Roger Stone Arrested On Charges Related To The Capitol Riot

NBC's Pete Williams reports as Roberto Minuta, an associate of Roger Stone, was arrested by federal authorities for charges relating to the Capitol riot. Isaac Sturgeon, a Montana resident, was arrested for pushing barricades against and throwing things at police officers

You have a wonderful/safe day, my brother :)
I can see the election of Joe and sane government has done wonders for ya! Watching Trump go to prison will help to improve your mood even more! There's not as much interest in politics when it's not a fucking life and death struggle, but there are still plenty of Trumpers and ya ain't out of the woods yet.

What We Know About Who's Been Charged in the Capitol Attack

More than 250 people have been charged in the Capitol Insurrection, but you wouldn't know it from many Republicans in Congress says Rep. Jason Crow. He joins Mehdi Hasan to discuss the Capitol Security report and whether silence equals complicity.

We are just at the preliminary stages of this matter, the whole thing(events leading up to and the riot itself from Reps to Capitol Police) reeks like Limburger cheese, there is complicity to be discovered out the yingyang. I've said before that it could have been sooooo much worse than it turned out but when you look at it there is no way this thing passes the smell test.ccguns
