Katsu seeds

I loved the Dracary. I even harvested it at 2 different times and liked it even more. The first harvest was real stony. I cut it a week or so early the second time and got a much more rounded high. Both worked really well for me. The only reason I harvested early the second time was I had way to much stony weed. My guess was right in thinking the Dracary would hold all its flavor with a early harvest and it did. I would grow this strain either way again. The 10 week harvest is stronger though. If you like real stony weed go with it.

Yes the Dracarys are getting grower momentum hearing great things about it, I really like it here lots of vigor strong structure and looking like she will carry a load. hard to get good genetics in rural Aus I was lucky to get them.

Just picked up some Katsus Raindance BlackLime Bubba cross Burnt Toast, anyone in here have experience with it what can I expect?

I grew the dracarys it’s okay it had a weird earthy taste decent high though, probably cause I was looking for some glue and there was none. Anyway I thought I threw all the clones out but this bitch snuck in. She’s way behind compared to the bubbas breath but doing good BC581804-BC6A-44C3-8E7B-608624BA3B4C.jpeg55BF1864-32DC-4773-BF84-7976724EB55A.jpeg

I didn't get much gas when I grew out Dracary. Mostly I got the chocolaty flavor from the Bubba Kush. I liked the flavor profile of Key Lime Kush better. I have yet to find a bad Bubba Kush hybrid from Katsu. Just some not as great as others.

In the UK. definitely gonna grow something from Katsu but from what I can find my choices are between Dracarys and Bubba's Sis. Can't decide which one to get. I want a good stone with heavy couch lock with nice euforia ( not racy though)

Dracary fits right into that profile. My guess is the Bubba Sis is too. Katsu doesn't breed to much racy stuff. Some of his Xanadu can be a bit racy.

I can confirm that the Dracary is good because I grew it out myself. I can highly suggest it. Mostly because I have yet to grow a Katsu seed that wasn't a good plant. I have grow enough different breeders to know good from bad seeds. Katsu genetics are right up there with the best I have tried.

Thanks for the reply man. Yeah exactly what I want. I ordered some Dracary, only to get an email saying sorry out of stock ( when listed as in stock ) anyway looked at all the UK retailers and found the last pack of Dracary left at Attitude seeds. So, very quickly purchased it. I cant wait to grow it, I may start a grow journal.

I forgot to ask is it a med height plant and does it respond well to topping?

Doe's anyone know what the deal is with straight Bubba Kush from Katsu?
They seem to have retired it and only offer Bubba in crosses.
Was there a problem with the straight Bubba?
Katsu Bubba kush was on my short list and I assumed I could pick up a pack any time in the future so I procrastinated buying them and now regret it.

I agree with ya, I had always assumed I could get the pre 98 Bubba anytime but it's not on his updated list. I recently bought the schadenfreude and I will probably buy the fucknuts next week.

You emailed katsu or a seed bank?

No I haven't.
since no seed bank has had it in stock for well over a year if not 2 and the Katsu site doesn't have it listed anymore I just figured it was dropped.
I was just wondering I anyone knew why?
Maybe there where problems with the strain or maybe they just want to keep the pre-98 Bubba proprietary.
I've noticed several seed co's who use to offer a strait 98-Bubba no longer do.
It all seems odd that 98-Bubba is dropping off of the face of the earth but crosses are boutefull.

I have 8 Dracerys and 6 Bubba Sis in at the moment and both are stout shrubs like a ball the crown is only slightly taller than the branches, the structure is very strong I had no need to top these at all, the Dracerys seems a little more vigorous but not much in it, both quality strains by the look of them cant wait to flower them out. I have some Gelato in as well and those Katsus are leaving the Gelato for dead.

Dracery, they are the same structure now just much bigger and the side branches are the height of the top.

Isnt the 98 Bubba clone only at best he could only do first crosses back to each other to make 1/2 brother cross doubling the 98 Bubba, I spose you could keep breeding it back to the 98 Bubba but you could never get pure seeds of one cutting.

You take a clone of pre 98 bubba.. grow her out, take two cuttings.. root them, one is reversed and pollinated the other.. s1 seeds
