Trics vs hairs...time for flush?

First post. First grow.

I see many newbs posting asking if it's time to harvest...I'm pretty much in that same boat.
I plan to flush with plain water for the last 1.5 - 2 weeks and to do 24-48 hours full dark just before harvest, but I'm wondering when to start the 10-14 day flush period.
Also wondering if you guys agree with my assessment and if you have an estimate of how much longer they look like they'll need. I'm aiming for a couple more weeks...7 or 8 if they can make it. Don't want too many amber trics. Opinions and suggestions welcome.

Have three plants going, each a different type, all feminized:

Alien OG - about 50/50 dark/light hairs, tons of trics but they seem mostly glassy and a few are milky. Just a couple of amber ones. Suggested harvest from bank: 8 weeks. Starting to show nitrogen def. (I think)
Alien OG - 5 weeks.jpg

Chem dawg - almost all dark hairs, equal amount of milky and clear trics, few amber.
Suggest harvest from bank: 9 weeks.
Chemdawg - 5 weeks.jpg

Green Crack - hairs just starting to dry up and darken, drive mostly clear with some cloudy.
Suggested harvest from bank: 7-9 weeks.
Green Crack - 5 weeks.jpg

Setup:
-4x4x7ft tent
-600 watt hlg rspec (it has a dimmer. run it between 400-500 watt @ 30" high, never full blast)
-6" inline with carbon filter
-5 gal fabric pots
-Gen Hydro flora trio, Bloom City CalMag, distilled h2o

Thanks

Sounds good. Thanks for your opinion, man.

It's cool if people like the guy before you want to cry about their opinions not being validated by my plans...didn't attempt to answer my question nor offer any real advice. Class act. He just cried for a bit. No sweat off my back.
I've read enough threads on this website over the years to know that's how it goes. A troll can't troll without being a troll. Thanks for the warning though.

Those all look really good, but probably another month at least.

probably plan on 10-11 weeks of flower.

you’re also about to get tore up over flushing and trichs.

stay strong.

Never listen to the breeder recommendations, it's ridiculous for them to even suggest harvest times due to the extreme variability in crosses these days. You have at least a month left on those, unless one suddenly picks up the pace, which occasionally happens. In general, most strains need at least 12 weeks, I rarely see one get ripe earlier than that. Tons of pics of under-ripe buds here that were picked earlier than that.

You must be a fun person to be around, bud. Mister tough guy.

Did you have anything useful to add to support your anti-flushing rhetoric? Do you feed with nutes right up to harvest? Are you aware there were other questions in the original post...? And the question wasn't really to flush or not to flush, it was when to stop feeding nutrients and use only water (aka flushing).

Also, you're reading it wrong...I don't want to flush now. I'm planning on doing it and asking when would be a good time to start. I don't KNOW if it's a nitrogen def, just a guess. Ya gotta slow down and get out of your own way. Everything doesn't have to be a fight. Take those words to heart and your life will get much easier.

First honest thing you said

Good to hear. I was hoping for them to be able to go longer so the buds can fill out more too. Some are hefty, but I was aiming for huge. Thanks

Your responses to the Trollitup'ers is golden, bro. Keep that attitude and let the pros like bk & Suds roll off your back.

Your first grow looks WAAY fucking better than probably everyone here that will come in just to talk shit. Keep at it.
