Dude you are mucking up my thread with gibber jabber nonsense. If you dont want to show your fish/fishing holes then move the fuck on.
I think they were showing their holes desire for flies or a worm to get dipped in it. All funny. And a nut fishing with a zebco or shake spear ugly stick at the local park is protecting humanity.
A great Friday to all.

I was out yesterday again and never touched a fish, fk me I thought it would be a case of turning up, fish are fickle creatures lol...
I did pick up a couple nice brown trout.

There's was a 3rd, I got the phone out put on the camera before unhooking it, I go for the photo, wriggle, juggle splash! and away it went safely... Without a photo lol.

I'm sitting on the bank drinking coffee before I get started for the day, the waters fallen back but there's still a slim chance of a salmon.
I was still keen the next day, I was fairly confident I'd land a salmon, nope that's 0 salmon this season from my local :-(

I hooked a nice sea trout though around 3.5/4lbs which stayed on long enough for me to have a fight with then It won :-)

I've day booked on a border salmon river this, week fingers crossed.

I'm also planning a day out on the boat for Sunday.

Trout are really sensitive. If they swallow the bait, they're most likely gonna die. That's the cool thing about fly fishing for them which is what I'm guessing you're doing, but I'm just guessing cause it looks like you're in the water. Lures too don't usually get swallowed though, at least for me.

Walleye are some tough suckers. They also don't usually just go straight to swallowing it. They mouth it first.
Yes you're right enough mate I like fly fishing the best but in the right conditions I'm happy to get out the spinning rod with a 9/11cm blk/silver rapala or flying C, toby,s etc.
