So the bottom leafs in this baby plant are starting to yellow , could it be because it’s wanting to fall of its own or is there some deficiency going on there? Also on one of the top leafs has a spot at the tippity tip in which I circled I don’t know if y’all able to see it well because of camera quality but do y’all know what could be cause if there’s any problem with it? Thanks y’all!

Ahh how would I fix that? I had recently watered them today too, should I not water them for a couple days and see how it goes?
when you grow in soil, you have to let them dry out pretty good between waterings...you want your pots to get very light before you water again. most people also will water twice with ph'ed water, then water with nutrients every third time, giving the plant time to absorb whats in its pot. i grow in coco, but on the odd occasion i go to soil (usually not weed) i'll water with nutes, then water lightly once when it starts to dry out, to allow the plant to absorb more of the nutes still in the soil, then water to a little run off the next time,to get rid of the depleted salts the nutrients were bonded to, then i'll feed again, when it starts to dry out again.

I assume you’re in soil?

Stick your finger down to the first knuckle and if it feels damp, just wait until the next day. I also agree with the weight of the pot.

if it feels kinda heavy and kinda damp, just leave it a day. The plant will start to look a little sad as well and will perk back up when you water.

Thanks y’all and yes I’m using a soil mix of organic compost and peat moss! I usually water with spring water every two days and twice too once in the morning and past noon but with nutrients I’ll add every 10 days idk if that’s a good thing because I don’t know if I should be adding nutes during this stage as the plant is still little? But I’ll take y’all’s word for it gonna give it time to completely dry because I usually would not check the soil if it’s dry or not I would just stick with my watering schedule every two days and every ten days for nutrients and that’s one of my mistakes there too.

Can you please explain this again. I’m not sure I even understand what you’re saying. Let’s make it simple. How many times a day are you watering your plant?

Organic compost and peat moss? so it’s soilless? I’m actually more confused now that I know the details:wall:

My bad y’all I’m not good at being specific lol I’m brand new to this especially with the plant being an outdoor but I use happy frog potting soil with organic compost and some peat moss to it! And I water twice a day every two days if that makes sense! Although whenever I’ll water , I’ll water to the point where water comes out from the bottom drainage of the cups each time so overwatering ??
