Are we there yet?

Ya man looking close to ready. I like to make sure no new white hairs are popping up and the shriveled ones recede into the calyx which should be nice and swollen. Harvesting is kind of a personal preference. Some like to take it earlier some later. Personally I believe later is better. It's the last week's where the colas really put on the density and mature to full potential.
In your pics I can see some white hairs and most have turned orange/brown but alot are still supple and haven't pulled back into the calyx yet.
I'd check again in a week then harvest prob the end of the week after that.

I'm meeting the end here too but I don't really count days... They done when they done and that's that! I can have an 'idea' of when they'll finish up but nothing is ever set in stone in my calender. Every grow is different... temps, veg time, lighting, nutes all play roles in how long it will take for a strain to fully ripen. Same cut of this plant was ready in 9.5-10 weeks previously but a larger pot size and larger plant this time with organic nutrients (began life outdoors and brought inside due to safety concerns around week 6 flower) and she's pushing week 11 now and still going.

Maybe 2 maybe 3 more weeks? Somewhere around there.
Pics taken with my tcl20pro on macro mode. We don't even need scopes anymore just smartphones! Lol you can see some amber in the leaves but the buds are still clear/milky. While I also don't use trichromes as a full true indication of readiness it's another aspect to consider in the full equation of 'is it ready'

Ok, I know it’s difficult to tell from a couple pics if the plants are ready for harvest, but I think these are close and looking for opinions. There are 4 plants, there is bud pic from each, then an overall of the scrog.

I'd lower the heat to around 74-75F and just keep them fed. Those gaps you see there in the bud pics should all fill in for you by the time it's ready. I also second waiting for the pistils/stigma recede into the calyx, or curl up in other words.
The taco leaves, and crispy ends are from excessive heat. She's def not a fan.
