    Fittin'

My father always got the thuringer. There is difference though between what's called thuringer in the United States and the original from Germany. Most of the thuringer here is more like a summer sausage while the original German thuringer is more like a bratwurst with different spices. At...

Looking for a new strain and some advise would be great.

If you're in the UK check out Sensible Seeds they're based there. I'm not going to make any recommendations but they have thousands of strains from hundreds of different breeders from around the world. Should be able to find whatever you want.

When I was growing up my father always went to a place called Fetzers German Sausage and Deli in Beaverton right outside of Portland. They had everything. Real bologna, head cheese, etc... They closed down years ago but after your post I looked them up and it looks like they are still around...

    Do these plants look overfed?

What are you talking about? I didn't tell anyone to slam anything with nutrients. I said a balanced feed from start to finish I am well aware that water can contain varying levels of minerals. I use tap water and have never used calmag in my life because I understand that it contains Ca and...

    Slow growth

If the weather permits move that plant outside immediately. I wouldn't wait. That plant isn't going to do any growing under that light except get spindly. The sun is going to be much better than that 33 watt light you are using. You're running out of time with that plant. If you can put it...

Weak weed but not yet cured will it become more potent cured ?

Well there's around 20 different Auto Jack Herer's from different breeders so these days the same strain one person grows can be completely different from what someone else is growing by the same name. The same name doesn't necessarily mean the same strain. Which is really annoying. Some...

Are these bugs good or bad

Looks like a Clover Mite. Those eggs probably came from a moth of some kind.

That light isn't going to do much. You definitely need a better light if you're going to try and grow a plant indoors.

I was wondering if i can use both ferts together

If that's what you got. The dry fertilizer is a solid product and has everything in it. Maybe not the ideal NPK ratio but used with any decent soil it should work just fine. I wouldn't bother with that Pump & Grow. Return it and get your money back if you can. I had some of that stuff...

    Slow growth

Unfortunately that auto will likely start flowering in a couple weeks and won't amount to much of anything. You really need to get those going good right out of the gate. You're basically on a timer dictating when the plant is going to flower. You really should grow photoperiod plants so if...

Weak weed but not yet cured will it become more potent cured ?

Overfed and harvested early. That's not going to get any better. Sorry but it is what it is. Plus it's an auto so it likely isn't going to be as potent as an actual Jack Herer photoperiod. Any reason you didn't just grow a photoperiod that doesn't have ruderalis in it like the auto?

    American Wildfires

There are over 300 golf courses in Arizona but there are over 900 in California. Both states that are severely impacted by the drought yet they allow precious water to be wasted on golf courses. Many of which are private and off limits to the public. Stopping the waste of water right there...

    American Wildfires

Well I'm going to be dead by then. Even so, I still all I can do myself to save water and protect the environment. The little things I do will make absolutely no difference but I feel better knowing I'm doing something. If everyone took things more seriously and did the same it would make a...

You're correct. California is in the top 3-4.

    American Wildfires

You don't want them coming? They're already here. Most of the people that have moved to Portland in the last decade are Californians. And they brought their overpriced pretentious restaurants, high housing prices, and road rage driving with them. They're the ones paying $15 for 3 street...

    American Wildfires

That is a bunch of water. But most of the beef is produced in states that are not suffering from extreme drought conditions. Many of the top beef producing states experience flooding every year. Almonds are grown in California and they have a serious water issue. Plus we consume most of the...

    American Wildfires

This is a depressing thread. And it's looking like this year may be a repeat of last year only worse. I have my fingers crossed but without rain it's not looking good. At least the power companies all have plans in place to cut the power to the lines if needed. It may be inconvenient for...

    American Wildfires

Some interests in California have been trying to build an aqueduct from the Columbia River through Oregon so they can waste even more water on golf courses and almonds. It takes close to 1900 gallons of water to produce just a pound of almonds and the majority are exported. We're not just...
