I know lots of Washington medical growers on the east side of my state, and am consistently seeing this quality (multiple strains) of medical grade (organic, soil grown, no pesticides of any sort) not kiefed or messed with at all for $90/oz, or as cheap as $65/oz in bulk.

The medical dispensary system got folded into the recreational distribution system, from what I understand. So no, there is no selling to them....

You can grow up to 15 plants with the proper doctor's recommendation, in washington state. Other than that, home grows are not allowed :( Hope this Helps

the new version of the medical law says that you are supposed to get a recommendation from your primary care doctor. If you have a regular doctor (for your condition), try asking them directly about it. Hope this Helps!
