Yeah they look real nice. These ones I transplanted 2 week old rooted clones(2 weeks from cut, 1 week after roots appeared) & veged for about 2.5 weeks they are now 4 weeks in flower.

You can do 10 plants, 4 plants, 1 plant. You can do whatever number of plants you want & grown right, in the size tent you have with the equipment your using you could get the 450g you want. But only experience will tell you if & when you need to scrog them or not. Im my experience 4 4oz plants...
