Leaves are curling and slightly yellow on one leaf of my seedling but the rest of the plant looks healthy along with the other one of the same strain.

Seedling showing problem when other ones of same strain are not first they all showed calcium deficiency and I correct that and they are all looking good now now this one is looking off any suggestions what could be going on? The leaves are shaped funny at the end and pointing down.
