Hey guys and gals, just curious if taking your plant(s) outside during the morning hours, and bringing them back inside during the heat of the day (here its 95 f) and back out during the afternoon hours, and back in during the night to finish out the light cycle causes stress, or is it beneficial?

Shes a 24 days old OG kush fem. photo, but she showing decent outward growth, but vertical just doesnt seem to be going anywhere, just transplanted into a 3 gal pot yesterday, also growing in soil,...am i doing something wrong? or am i just worrying too much?

just hoping shes looking ok and not stunted or anything.
