    Sf 2000 dimming and hanging heights

    I just set up my spider farmer sf2000 and saw that it has a dimming feature. What dimmer setting should I use for each stage of the growth? I have a mars hydro 2x4x6 grow tent. Also I dont know what heights to hang at. Please help! First time grower
