Leaves are getting blotchy and then dried and brittle. Seems like older growth. It’s in roots organic micro greens. QB LED 480W. Only fed water. I have not been PH’ing water. Could it be a PH issue?

I have a Vivosun extraction fan with a 3 speed controller already. Can I plug that into another fan controller to further slow down the speed? Or would the fan need to be controller-less?

I found one seed in one flower from my 24K plant i just cut down. So, did just THAT part of the plant get pollinated? Or could it be some other factor that led to it? No other flower had any seeds. I'm just curious if anyone else has encountered something like this.
