Lemon Kush (fem) from Humboldt Seed Company, anyone growing/grown it?

Admittedly, I don't have a par meter yet, but I can list my lights, I'm running 3 lights in this 2x4 tent. 1x: Parfactworks RA2000 (about 125 watts) close to white color, leaning a little towards yellow... this light feels awesome for the price. (or was, two years ago) It's bright as hell so I...

Lemon Kush (fem) from Humboldt Seed Company, anyone growing/grown it?

after this I will be taking a break for a little bit, and this is my last cycle finishing up for now. :) really looking forward to the smoke. I'll post some more pictures once they're ready for curing. The plant on the right, (the much greener/healthier plant throughout flower,) actually grew...

Lemon Kush (fem) from Humboldt Seed Company, anyone growing/grown it?

Here's tonight after some defol of dying leaves. I've never had leaves dry up so much at the tips like this... I'm not sure what the cause of that was. The buds look fine, at least. It still doesn't smell like lemon or citrus at all, rather, some kind of sweet mint and pine. Not what I was...

Lemon Kush (fem) from Humboldt Seed Company, anyone growing/grown it?

Damn, sorry, I didn't see this until now. I'll get you a current pic when the lights come on tonight. The greener plant is catching up with the hungrier plant now in appearance, but I'm into the seventh week of flower so harvest is coming up soon, and fade is normal for me at this point.. The...

Lemon Kush (fem) from Humboldt Seed Company, anyone growing/grown it?

Well, the yucca is there to help me water more evenly. It's a natural surfactant (so like soap) so it will help the water absorb and spread down into the soil more easily. I take about a gallon of water for each plant, and poor in about a cup at a time, letting it disappear before I pour...

Lemon Kush (fem) from Humboldt Seed Company, anyone growing/grown it?

I'm 34 days into flower. My nighttime temps have been getting down to 66F, and I am getting just a tiny bit of purple on the sugar leaves, not very noticeable at all. I have one looking nearly perfect (just a little bit of wind stress), but the other just looks STARVING. Same exact conditions...

Lemon Kush (fem) from Humboldt Seed Company, anyone growing/grown it?

Hey thanks for the great reply. It's interesting to see the buds from yours, I'll keep a log here how mine do as well. I have run into some of the issues you have described too. The poop smell, and the roots extra sensitive to watering... been tricky to water the right amount. I don't have...

I have a couple of them on the way now, about 1 week into 12/12 I haven't treated them perfectly, but they are coming along looking average so far.

Lemon Kush (fem) from Humboldt Seed Company, anyone growing/grown it?

Hi, A couple weeks ago, I got a pack of these from an LA dispo... just curious if anyone out here has grown some out and has pictures to share. I can't find much online about this one, google mostly gives me "Lemon Kush Headband" by the same breeders, or simply San Fernando Lemon Kush I'm...

Sudden gold spots on leaf surface.. Parasites? Disease?

Hmm, looking at your pics, it's not the same issue I had. Soon after this post, those spots permeated through the bottom of the leaf too, and became holes. To me, that looks like either waste from a large bug, or something spilled/dripped on the leaf Good luck, that leaf looks healthy overall...

Problems in Happy Frog soil... trying organic

Thank you in advance for looking at my post! Hello, I want to flip to flower soon, so I need to get these problems corrected... I want to get some opinions/advise before I act. Trying to grow organically in Happy Frog.. I took them out of the grow-tent for pictures. I had a clear magnesium...

Dr Earth organic soils... Share your thoughts/experience

Dr Earth soil is very cheap where I live; about $12 per big-bag (1.5 cubic feet) I know some people love it. I was previously under the impression that it is supposed to be an "easy-mode" soil to work with cannabis. I grow indoor-tent and greenhouse.. I'd love to make Dr. Earth soils work for...

Sudden gold spots on leaf surface.. Parasites? Disease?

Thanks for the replies, but I am still left wondering.. No. The two soil pH meters I have bought are both unreliable... That being said, I don't think I should be particularly worried about pH right here because: To me anyway, this plant is not showing the symptoms of pH being too off. I only...

Sudden gold spots on leaf surface.. Parasites? Disease?

Hi there, I had some plants doing really well until last night/this morning. Last night I noticed a little bit of clear shiny spots... right where the gold spots appeared dramatically this morning. It's just on the top surface of the leaf. It's mostly on my runty little bagseed plant here. I...

Should I cut the yellow leaves off?

No worries. You can certainly make do with plastic pots if you're careful to not overwater. Fabric is just an easy cheap upgrade to consider later on :) And I order my soil online, personally. My local hardware/garden store doesn't have what I want for soil either. Best of luck to you man!

Should I cut the yellow leaves off?

The new growth looks hopeful, I'm glad you're deciding to push on with it. When it comes time to pot-up you might try some fabric pots, even the cheapest ones are an easy upgrade from solid plastic. And I read the back of the bag of the MG-Performance soil.. I'd suggest investing in a more NPK...
