    yeah it works fine if it plugs in the ps2 cord is an ac regular cord and it converts it in the console to dc the AG cord is an ac regular cord and it converts ac to dc in the ballast

    so the sun puts out about 93 lumens per watt according to wikipedia that would mean that on the average a CFL is about half the strength of the sun, given we were always about an inch from the bulb. so half strength is like partly shady conditions of growing then? quick grasp on the cfl things...

    general rule somebody said was 10000 lumen per square foot here is what I heard on color the sun has more red's(2700k) in it more towards summer/fall. in spring/summer there is more blue's(6500K) wiki quote about the sun lumens " Direct sunlight gives about 93 lumens of illumination per watt...

    wait you mean put the plant in the middle of a circular tube flouro then right? if that's the case you gotta be careful of burning the leaves when they touch the bulb so would be more work than it is worth

    65watts is how much energy it uses lumens are how bright and Kelvin is the temperature of color(light)

    ok just checked it out yeah it would work but color spectrum I saw was 6500 degrees Kelvin or 6500K good for vegetation you would need at least two or four for flowering if they make a lower Kelvin like your 2700K's then good for flowering and again would go at least four to get up to the 18,200...
