Would AACT Tea work well in Coco Coir?

I notice that the ph of a well made AACT is at the ideal range for soil; even when you dilute it with more ro water, the ph gets adjusted to whatever the aerobic bennes like. This is an awesome thing. However, i am growing organically with coco coir. Would the ph be too high for this? Would...

    Keeping a clean environment

I'm new to growing and am using soil pots just straight on black plastic sheeting on the ground. I notice this is messy and can lead to bugs and the runoff can lead to mold. Should I be putting my pots on a hydro table and sucking out excess runoff with a wetvac? Is that what most people do?

I recently used Kellogg Raised Bed for about 40 babies and didnt realize that I needed to add a ton of perlite to it. The result was a swampy mess and instead, I created a bug farm. I stopped watering for over a week and they were still soaked. Fungus gnats, springtails, root aphids and even...

Fungus Gnats: Can i Use SM90 in organic Applications?

I have been advised that SM90 as a root drench is advisable for fungus gnats. Also, by the sounds of this post i saw, this guy seems confident that it will not kill the beneficials in the soil food web. But, as any organic gardener, i'm skeptical of bottled toxic junk. What d'yall organics...
