Can anyone tell me why this plant looks like this? The other ones look fine. Watered with plain water pH'd at 6.5. FFOF soil.

Afghan kush auto sprouted with no cotyledons. I put the seed directly in the soil and kept it moist. The others are all good. This one came up (last) after six days with just a shoot. There is a sliver of what appears to be a point of a first true leaf. I would assume this one is fuct?
