There is absolutely no reason to decarb vaped weed. The heat from the vaping process decarbed it immediately as does a lighter but much less effectively. Infact if you make your edibles slow and low there's no reason to decarb at all.

Just fill the syate3m back up with 500ppm or lower solution after cleaning and when treating plant in seperate container if you are no nutes needed.

Stick with RO for treatment and yes submerge the roots when cleaning. Then add 2ml per gallon everyday to be safe. You can also try hydroguard but that would be instead of h202 not with it.

Yes you have root issues. Treat with 4ml of 35% h202 per gallon and clean out your system and refill. If you cant get 35% you can use 3% in a bind but must change to 40ml per gallon. Your ppm is on the high side and more for a plant double that size. High levels of nutrients can cause root...

I did 48 hours and I noticed a dramatic increase in how wet the plants and buds felt for what ever that is worth. I also decreased temps which highly increased the purples and pinks of my buds.

Just my opinion but you will get more even coverage using strip lights or even quantum boards but cobs are great lights. Just an opinion.

Buds near heater came in at 52%, a little dry, buds further away got up to high 60's%, a little wet. After placing it all in the container and giving them 12 hours they have stabilized at 60% Pretty happy but next time I will remove from grow room and start curing in waves instead of all at once.
