1 week in to flowering one plant drooping bad

Hey experts and advice sharing folks. I have been working my first hydroponic grow for awhile now. For reasons not that important these girls have been at my place for about 2 weeks too long. I was trying to wait to repot them until I move them. I topped them a week ago and I have only given them water for the past two weeks.
My problem is I looked at them yesterday and one is dropping bad. It's one that didn't respond after i topped it, it did alright but didn't shoot up like the other 8.

It's got me really worried today. They are all in small pot.
What would cause just one plant to suffer?

Grow stones, Small plastic pots with drainage. The roots are coming out the bottom of all of them.
I have them being watered for 30 mins every 1.5 hours and they have been doing great. It is a small room probably to much heat. What is strange is only one is doing it and they have been so healthy.
I do have some knats but that shouldn't be to big a deal.

Man I hit a real spike a few days ago. Not sure of my actual temps. Can I fix this if it's heat stress? I'm thinking about repoting today, obviously keep a fan on em. With the exception of a day or two it hasn't been that hot in there.
That would explain it affecting just the one?

Maybe root rot? I don't know. Thinking transplant and rinse with hydrogen peroxide 3%. Need to find the correct solution instructions

Keep the light off of it for a couple of days and mist the leaves. It's not getting water. If you moved it, you might have broken the trunk off of the roots!

Had to cut her down. It was best for everyone. I really needed that space for my others. Not really sure exactly what caused it, but the others have been transplanted and are looking well.
Thanks for the help everyone.

I am just stunned by the sped at the which that plant declined.
I'm thinking it was probably a couple of issues that combined to waste it.
1) pot size
2) topping which I suspect either started the problem or I topped it after it was having struggles internally
3) I think when our weather went apeshit hot my grow space was cooler than my bedroom that plant was nearest the door way. The heat may have been the final stress point and put it over the edge.
4) the gnats?
5) divine intervention, not only is there supposedly a difference legally between 8 and 9 plants but baby jesus knew I just didn't have room for 9 in there.

THANKS for everyones advice. I'll keep you posted
