£20 for a fucking gram! WTF!

I just picked up from a semi regular source, him being the only one that would deliver due to me being ill. Normally he gives at least 1.4 which is a rip off itself but one fucking gram!!! Not even a fucking gram cos we all know the bag weighs 0.1!!! I am in despair. I have smoked everyday for 17 years and I know it's an addiction but if I have 1 gram a day I'm a happy bunny. I don't know what to do! HELP!!!

Trust me get a grow going. You wont have to deal with rip off shady douche bags who tell you to meet them 2 blocks away in an alley and overcharge you like hell. If you have a semi-decent setup you will have more weed then you'll know what to do with.

I'm trying very hard but it's a slow process. Hopefully in 3 months time I'll have broken the curse of 17 years of ripoff dealers. Only gotta throw a few hundred more £££s down the drain in the meantime...

I spent 75$ for a 8th of hombolt co weed back in the 90's.. I would gladly pay that again if it made me feel the same..

its not an addiction, around here it is 20 a gram just cause thats the price. funny how this whole state its 20 a G like everyone knows what the markets are. as if there are some charts and people in a room trading.

This will be unpopular advice, but at those prices I'd smoke less.

The benny of that is if you smoke occasionally, you get so much more bang from a lungful, and the value argument can be made with a straighter (!) face. cn

what sucks for me is everything has gone up (nutes,power,supplies) except the price of a sack.Its 40 bucks a 1/8 and has been since 1990

Here in the UK I think it's partly Vietnamese gangsters, but mostly Muppet kidults who are prepared to pay...and generally only have the £/'s for a gram, who wants to sell grams?...so they're charged through the nose.

And then I blame the parents! lol

You can set up a cfl grow real cheap. The price of nutes and power are going up here but the price of a 1/8 is about the same at $40 but oz for $115.

Thats quite a disparity from an 1/8 to an ounce. That would be saving 200 bucks. Shit, your gonna pay 100-110 for an ounce of brick around here.

you're on a grow website. guess what my advice is. in 4 months i went from getting ripped off to hooking up a close friend with $20 8ths. in a year i went from buying sacks between harvests to buying no weed at all.

street weed is a ripoff. if you can afford to buy grams all the time you can afford a little setup. what kind of pothead with a daily habit buys grams? that's for weekend smokers imo. if you're going to get street weed at least get a quarter or something.

Seems to be to the going rate for top bud no matter where you're from, I can't wait until the time comes when the rest of the world realizes it's just a plant and then we won't be bitching about the price...we'll just find something else to bitch about.

20$ is the standard price for weed in australia..anywhere from low grade shit to high quality shit you always pay 20$
