Is your water temperature in the 64-68 range, are you fertilizing a lot, do you have a simple dropper ph test kit or a ph pen, are you using tap or well water?

I'd say your slow growth is because water and light problems. If water is too hot or too cold slow growth and nutrient lock occurs, if you are using tap water it maybe be toxic for plants(when I lived in the central valley california my water was horrible, it started killing everything so I got R/O and it fixed problems).

Also, you have plants to far apart and far from light source. Not that they should be right under the light but I ran a 1K hps in a 5'x5'x7' tent. Maybe pull plants closer and put up some silver sided styrofoam insulation from Home depot/lowe's, sold in 4 foot by eight foot sheets that make great quick walls.

Also, if you're following the chart as far as feeding goes, you have definitely over fertilized your plants and you should drain your reservoir and try going with a little less than half the recommended dose for mild veg because your plants are stress and no where near ready for weeks one, two or thee...etc food chart recommended dose. Way to hot. P.S. Never follow the recommended dose, always start at half that. If you need more you can always add more but if you over do it, you're boned.

These are all vegged with 15ml or one tablespoon total of nutes per gallon through out their veg with that T5 4 bulb 20,000 lumens CFL. group1.jpg
