I received 3 different bag seeds from a friend and I have no idea what the smoke was like or if it was high grade or what. So Im going to grow them out and see.
I already germinated and placed into 3 separate small pots with ProMix on the balcony. Its been almost 3 weeks and the lady's are doing wonderful. (Even though they only get West-Northwest exposure)
I have been feeding with General Organics' GO Box. But only giving them 1/16 of a recommended feed for the seedling stage because the ProMix is supposed to deliver nutrients better. (It being mostly peat moss and all)
I will be doubling the feed at the beginning of the 4 week and every week for 4 more weeks. Hopefully by then Ill start to see preflowers and I can start the flower feed.

P.S.: Everyone Is Welcome. There Are No Such Thing As A Stupid Questions. This Is An Open Thread For The Public Spam Away.

The nutrients in ProMix usually drains with the first watering. At least thats what Ive heard.

Nope. I didnt have any on hand but figured it had enough until I transplanted to a bigger pot. I water every 3 to 4 days.
where did you hear that?
And why would they add it if it washes out with the first watering?

In a forum somewhere.. I just remember reading that there are very little NPK levels in ProMix. And it was just enough for a week's worth of feeding. The soil-less mix is supposed to deliver nutrients to the plant more efficiently than normal black dirt soils. So in turn I believe that most of the nutrients in the soil were absorbed by the ladies and whatever remained was washed away. I can only hope. And lets say first watering with runoff because I only water enough to dampen the soil around the seedling until it feels right (About a week give or take a few days) to give a full watering.

not true pro mix will supply nutrients for about 4-5 weeks
Thanks for the input. After actually saying it out loud it did seem kinda weird. I guess that explains the explosive burst in growth so early on. Cause I started feeding them about 2 Weeks into popping them . Must be big eaters cause there was no sign of nute burn or deficiencies :spew:.

#3 Indica/Sativa? About 3". She has been keeping up with #2 but grows leaves like #1. Might be a cross but I wont know for sure for a while. From the looks of it she focuses on her leaves a great deal. She started working on her 4th node two days after starting her third and the other leaves have only been getting bigger. Might clone her based on that alone. But not 100% yet. Still have to wait on them to show sex.

#2 Sativa Dominant. About 3 1/4". She is taller than the others and has skinnier leaves compared to her neighbors.

#1 Indica Dominant. Just under 3". She is the shortest out of the bunch and has pretty wide leaves. Should I be concerned about those tiny white dots or is that normal?

Going to boost the feed tomorrow to 1/4 strength and see how they take. I want to reach full strength feed in at least 2 weeks. You think that might be rushing them a little too much or do you think they can take it?
